Out-of-Network PPO Plans
Support for PPO plans is currently self-pay. After our time together is complete, I will provide a comprehensive superbill so you can request reimbursement directly from your provider. Many families receive partial or full reimbursement; however, this is determined by your specific insurance and is not guaranteed by The Faithful Doula.
Sliding Scale
I believe that support should be for anyone. If you think you would benefit from my services but do not think you can financially afford it, please feel free to ask me about my sliding scale. We can discuss payment plans and see what services best fit your family. It takes a village to raise a family and I would be honored to be part of your village.
